Delivery
Balcony kits will go by courier to your door anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. Here's what to expect once ordering opens, including getting a big flat box up to your flat.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales, from a Salford Quays tower to a top-floor flat in Glasgow or Cardiff. We'll show the delivery price and the dispatch date on each kit before you order.
Getting a kit up to your flat
- Check the box will fit your lift, or round the turn of the stairs. We'll publish box sizes before ordering opens.
- If there's a concierge or parcel room, ask whether they'll take a large box and how long they'll keep it.
- No lift? Plan for two people. Full-size panels usually weigh about 20 to 25kg each.
- Unpack indoors, not on the balcony on a windy day.
- Keep the box and packing until you're sure you're keeping the kit.
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
Plug-in solar isn't permitted in Northern Ireland, so we don't sell or deliver kits there. We don't deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands either.
Changing your mind
When ordering opens, you'll be able to cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, and for 14 days after delivery. If you change your mind after delivery, you'll pay to send it back unless it's faulty.
